Review: Cute and good quality for the price! The material is super thick. Note that there IS an elastic waistband that is sewn into the top right before the fold over piece - if you want it lower waisted and more rolled down then you’re going to have to cut off the thread holding the fold down and have the elastic banding slightly showing. But they fit great if you don’t want to do that! :) Hope this helps
